Crafting & Dispatch
Each piece is Pre-Order / Custom-Made and produced after you place an order. Please allow 2–8 weeks for crafting before dispatch (timelines may vary by design complexity and quality checks).
Shipping
Domestic (Indonesia): shipped via JNE or Paxel. International: shipped via RPX. Shipping fees and service levels may vary by destination.
Once shipped, tracking details will be provided when available. Scanning events and delivery updates are managed by the courier.
Security
Shipments are insured in transit, and direct signature is required upon delivery. For security reasons, packages cannot be left unattended.
Returns & Refunds
Because items are made-to-order, purchases are generally final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds for change-of-mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos/videos of the packaging and item for verification.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger
Wrap a string or strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler. Use the measurement to find your size on the chart above. For the most accurate reading, measure your finger at the end of the day when it's at its largest.
Note: If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Ring sizes can vary slightly between different finger widths. For custom sizing or additional assistance, please contact our customer service team.
